Any breakages in transport should be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery, we retain the right to either credit or replace the goods and whether to collect the damaged goods at our expense.

Undamaged goods can only be returned for credit with our prior consent.

Goods which are not faulty must be returned within 28 days in a resalable condition complete with manufacturers packaging where applicable.

Where goods are not for open sale and are ordered in especially at a customers request they will only be returnable with our consent and may be subject to a handling charge.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
