We have no access to financial information given when orders are placed on line, transactions are conducted via Sage Pay who recently took over Protx. Sage Pay are part of the Sage Group, who are one of the most respected accountancy and financial companies in the market.

To ensure that you are in a secure area when completing a transaction, look for the following:

At the very top address bar (where you type www. etc) normally this starts with http://, when in a secure area this should read https://

When in a secure area a padlock should appear on your screen, the position of this padlock varies according to your browser. Most browsers used to position the padlock in the bottom right hand corner of the web page, however many browsers now position the padlock at the end of the address bar at the top of the page, which starts with https://

In some cases the top address bar changes to a green colour when in a secure area.
