Orders can be placed online using the shopping cart facility, secure payments are handled by Protx. We do not share your details with any other individual or organisation. During the checkout process you will be asked for your email address and your telephone number.

Your email address is only used to send you confirmation that we have received your order and to advise you that your order has been shipped. Your telephone number is required to allow us to contact you quickly should there be a problem processing your credit card or order.

Delivery

Orders over £35 ex vat will be delivered free of charge to any address on the UK mainland, for any orders outside this area, a quotation for delivery would need to be obtained from us before ordering. Orders below £35 ex vat will carry a £5 ex vat delivery charge.

Orders are sent either via 1st class post or by overnight carrier, depending on their physical size.

Returns Policy & Damaged Goods

Any breakages in transport should be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery, we retain the right to either credit or replace the goods and whether to collect the damaged goods at our expense.

Undamaged goods can only be returned for credit with our prior consent & will be subject to a handling charge.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
